The leaders of Boilermakers Local 154 have enlisted the services of BMA Media’s Events Team to develop a memorable celebration fit for an impressive combination 130th Anniversary and Retirees Dinner Dance next fall in Pittsburgh.
The first priority for the team will be scouting suitable and dynamic venues to hold the event before moving on to planning all accompanying hotel accommodations, catering, and entertainment details.
Between 400 and 500 union officers, members, guests and dignitaries are expected to attend the special occasion, which marks the latest in a long history of events produced by BMA in the Steel City.
Turn-key event production from start to finish
Once the location is set for the Boilermakers Local 154 130th Anniversary celebration, the full in-house production will commence, including the design of the event invitation package, website, guest gifts and commemorative program book detailing the rich history of the organization.
From there, the BMA Media Events Team will also take care of all details regarding RSVP tracking, ad and sponsorship sales, floor plans and seating, speaker and agenda coordination, as well as video and lighting production.
The focus of BMA’s Special Events Team is to assist with every aspect of the process, from event conception to day-of, on-site management, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
