A little about this project
The United Association’s International Training Fund (UA ITF) wanted to create a different type of apprentice recruitment video to attract applicants interested in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R). Having already collaborated in other video work, they contacted BMA Media Group to discuss their ideas.
The basic premise was to highlight the extremely technical, high-end work their most skilled tradesmen are asked to complete. By glamorizing the upper echelon of the possible HVAC-R work, apprentices could see the heights learning this trade could take them and emphasize how coveted this work can be.

From this premise, BMA Media created the “You See More” video, which would eventually become a series of videos, each connected to the various pipe trades within the United Association. Watch the series below:
